December is almost here why not drop the kids off and take the opportunity to get some holiday shopping done! Kids are welcome to come in holiday PJ's which will be perfect for the finale Savasana section where they can cuddle up and enjoy full relaxation! Experience a fun packed 2 hour class where your child will enjoy the many benefits of classic yoga, mindfulness and meditation principles through stories, games and music ranging from relaxed upbeat and energetic along with a fun holiday craft they get to take home. This class is perfect for children aged 5-12years.
